BEFORE PURCHASING THESE MID-RANGE SPEAKERS WITH DRIVERS, PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND REQUIREMENTS FOR REQUESTING A WARRANTY CLAIM OR MAKING A RETURN:
1. These mid-range speakers with drivers (tweeters) include a filter that comes pre-installed, or if they come separately, they must be connected to the positive terminal of the drivers (tweeters). They serve to filter out frequencies that the drivers (tweeters) do not reproduce. The filters do not prevent the driver (tweeter) diaphragm from burning out if it is fed for too long with frequencies it cannot reproduce. If you find that the driver, the mid-range speaker, or both are not producing sound, it is because the driver diaphragm, the mid-range voice coil, or both have burnt out. In that case, the warranty or return does not apply. If this happens to you, you simply need to replace the driver diaphragm or the mid-range voice coil, and it will be like new again.
2. These speakers must be installed by a certified professional installer in order to request a warranty claim or return for failure or factory defect.
3. The warranty applies only to factory defects.
4. The warranty does not apply and returns cannot be accepted if the item has been misused, if it is not sent back in its complete original packaging in good condition, if a voice coil or diaphragm is burnt or overheated, if the serial number does not match the one registered in our system, or if you do not present a valid proof that it was installed by a certified professional installer.
5. Documents accepted as proof of installation by a certified professional installer are: an invoice or a letterhead receipt for the installation charge, specifying the exact brand, model, and serial number of the product for which the warranty or return is requested. The document received will be validated before being accepted.
