This component set includes a crossover designed to filter frequencies that the midrange and tweeter cannot reproduce; however, it does not prevent them from burning out if fed with distortion (frequencies they cannot reproduce). If it happens that a tweeter, midrange, or both stop playing, it is because the tweeter diaphragm or the midrange voice coil has burned out. In such cases, the warranty or return policy does not apply; if this occurs, you simply need to replace the driver diaphragm or the midrange voice coil, and it will be like new again.
2. This component set must be installed by a certified professional installer to be eligible for a warranty claim or return due to manufacturing failure or defect.
3. The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects.
4. The warranty or return policy does not apply in cases of misuse, if the product is not returned in its original, complete, and undamaged packaging, if its voice coil is burned or overheated, if the serial number does not match the one registered in our system, or if you do not provide valid proof that it was installed by a certified professional installer.
5. Documents accepted as proof of installation by a certified professional installer are: an invoice or letterhead receipt for the installation charge specifying the brand, model, and exact serial number of the product for which the warranty or return is requested. The received document will be validated before being accepted.
