BEFORE PURCHASING THESE SPEAKERS, PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND REQUIREMENTS FOR REQUESTING A WARRANTY CLAIM OR MAKING A RETURN:
1. These speakers include filters to block frequencies they do not reproduce; however, this does not prevent them from burning out if they are excessively powered with frequencies they cannot handle. If you find that a tweeter or midrange driver, or both, stop working, it is because the tweeter diaphragm or the midrange voice coil has burned out. In such cases, the warranty or return policy does not apply. If this happens, you simply need to replace the tweeter diaphragm or the midrange voice coil, and it will be like new again.
2. These speakers must be installed by a certified professional installer in order to request a warranty claim or return due to a factory fault or defect.
3. The warranty only applies to factory defects.
4. The warranty or return does not apply if the product was misused, if it is not sent back in its complete original packaging in good condition, if a voice coil or diaphragm is burned or overheated, if the serial number does not match the one registered in our system, or if you do not provide valid proof that it was installed by a certified professional installer.
5. Documents accepted as proof of installation by a certified professional installer are: an invoice or letterhead receipt for the installation fee specifying the brand, model, and exact serial number of the product for which the warranty or return is requested. The document received will be validated before being accepted.
