BEFORE PURCHASING THESE SUBWOOFERS, PLEASE READ THE USAGE RECOMMENDATIONS TO AVOID DAMAGING THEM, AS WELL AS THE CLAUSES AND REQUIREMENTS FOR REQUESTING A WARRANTY OR RETURN:
1. If these subwoofers are powered with distortion (frequencies they cannot reproduce), their voice coil will burn out, they will sound poor or stop working, and the voice coil will appear burnt or overheated. The subwoofer may smell burnt; this will void your warranty and return eligibility, as this is not a manufacturing defect. If this happens to 1 or both subwoofers, you must replace the voice coil to restore them to like-new condition.
2. These subwoofers must be installed by a certified professional installer in order to request a warranty or return for failure or manufacturing defects.
3. The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects.
4. The warranty or return does not apply if they were not installed or used correctly, if you no longer have the complete original packaging and warranty policy, if the voice coils are burnt or overheated, if the serial number does not match the one registered in our system, or if you do not provide valid proof that it was installed by a certified professional installer.
5. The documents accepted as proof of installation by a certified professional installer are: an invoice or letterhead receipt for the installation fee specifying the exact brand, model, and serial number of the product for which the warranty or return is requested. The submitted document will be validated before being accepted.
6. MercadoLibre's Purchase Protection states that it does not cover: Products damaged, repaired, or modified by the buyer https://www.mercadolibre.com.mx/ayuda/programa-proteccion-comprador_601
7. In the event of returning this product, you accept the clauses and conditions of purchase protection.
